Book, chat, and arrange the handover

  • Once the booking is confirmed and payment is made by the sender, access the secure messaging system.
  • Arrange and confirm the handover with the sender: location, date, and any specific instructions.
  •  The handover is done in person, with validation via a one-time security code.

Travel, deliver, and confirm receipt

  • Transport the parcel to its destination.
  • Confirm delivery using the second security code via the app.
  • Receive your payment (contribution to travel expenses).
