Welcome to the KB section of Boxing, the platform that connects shippers and travelers (Boxers) for fast, secure and cost-effective parcel shipping.
How do I send a parcel with Boxing?
- Create a shipping announcement
Indicate your departure location, destination, and the weight and volume of the package(s). Also take photos of the items you wish to ship. - Identify an available traveler
Receive proposals compatible with your request, either via the Boxing algorithm, or directly from travelers whose itinerary and capacity match your needs. - Select a traveler
Choose the right traveler for you by consulting their profile. You'll then be able to chat directly with him or her once the booking and payment have been made. - Create your account/profile
Provide your personal information and identity documents to create your account and complete your profile. - Book and pay online
Pay securely via our platform. Funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. - Exchange via secure messaging
Coordinate the delivery of the parcel(s) with the traveler (place, date, special instructions, etc.). - Return the parcels to the traveler
The handover takes place in person, at a pre-arranged location. A single-use security code ensures that the parcel is delivered to the right person. - Track your package
Follow delivery progress via our app or website.
What is the payment process?

Secure online payment
Payment is made at the time of booking. Funds are held until delivery is confirmed. -
What payment includes
The amount paid covers:- The carrier's contribution to travel expenses
- The service fees related to the use of the platform
What to do in the event of unforeseen circumstances or disputes?

Incident management
In the event of a problem, our customer service team will work with you to find the best solution in collaboration with the traveler. -
Claim procedure
If your package is lost or damaged, you have 48 hours after the scheduled delivery date to file a claim with : [email protected]
How do I cancel or modify a reservation?
- More than 48h before handover: full refund of fee contribution (service charge remains due)
- Between 24h and 48h before: 50% refunded
- Less than 24h before or in case of no show : no refund

Identity verification and security
How does Boxing protect its users?

IDENTITY VERIFICATION
In partnership with a specialized KYC provider, we verify the identities of senders and travelers through the following:- A valid ID (national card or passport)
- A selfie
- A verified e-mail address and phone number

Secure internal messaging
All exchanges are centralized in an internal messaging system, accessible only to verified users.
How long does verification take?

Timelines
Verification can take up to 72 hours, depending on the level of control required.
Is the profile photo mandatory? Can I use an avatar?

Mandatory photo
For security reasons, a clear photo of your face is required. -
Avatar not allowed
Avatars or illustrations are not accepted.
What should I do if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Basic insurance included
- Lump-sum compensation of €25 inc. tax in the event of loss or damage
- Reimbursement of shipping costs

Additional coverage via airline
- Checked baggage: coverage up to 1,288 Special Drawing Rights (SDR) (≈ €1,610, depending on exchange rate)
- Hand luggage: covered according to the limits defined by the airline

Complaints are followed up by our customer service department as soon as the incident is reported.

Reciprocal rating system
After each shipment, sender and traveler can rate each other. Reviews are visible on profiles to enhance transparency within the Boxing community.

We recommend that you change your password regularly and never share your login details. If in doubt, contact our customer service.
What items are prohibited from being sent?
It is strictly forbidden to ship the following items:
- Illegal: drugs, counterfeit goods, items prohibited by law
- Dangerous: explosives, corrosives, lithium-ion batteries, etc.
- Regulated: weapons, medicines, tobacco, products subject to customs formalities
- Valuable: jewelry, cash, works of art
- Non-transportable: live animals, flammable liquids, bulky items, etc.
